A refreshing Brazilian ginger drink—nicknamed “Natural Mounjaro”—made with lemon, fresh ginger, raw honey, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt for balanced electrolytes.

Ingredients

½ cup (120 ml) cold water

Juice of ½ lemon

½ tsp freshly grated ginger

1 tsp raw honey

Pinch pink Himalayan salt

Optional: pinch cayenne or mint leaf

Instructions

1. Combine lemon juice and grated ginger in an 8 oz (240 ml) glass.

2. Add raw honey and pink salt; stir to dissolve.

3. Pour in cold water and whisk 15 seconds until evenly mixed.

4. Serve immediately over ice or chill up to 48 h.

Notes

Keto swap: replace honey with 4 drops liquid monk-fruit.

Vegan swap: use 1 tsp agave syrup instead of honey.
