¼ cup maple syrup
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cocoa powder (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds
Fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut oil, and maple syrup until crumbly.
2. Press into ramekins or glasses to form the base.
3. Whisk coconut milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and cocoa (if using); chill 2 hours.
4. Top with fresh berries before serving.
5. Store refrigerated up to 3 days.
