No reviews

I’m Adam Moretti, Santa Barbara kid turned nutrition-minded chef. When my mom went gluten-free in 2023, I rebuilt snack time. These no-bake chocolate-seed clusters use dairy-free chocolate, toasted seeds, and a whisper of salt. They set fast, travel well, and deliver that sweet-crunch hit—without gluten or dairy.

  • Total Time: 20 minutes (incl. chill)
  • Yield: 18 clusters

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup (170 g) dairy-free dark chocolate chips

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 cup (70 g) roasted sunflower seeds

1/2 cup (70 g) roasted pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup (10 g) certified-GF puffed rice or quinoa crisps

1/4 cup (35 g) dried cranberries, chopped

1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Flaky salt to finish (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a tray with parchment.

2. Melt chocolate with coconut oil until smooth.

3. Stir in seeds, puffed grains, cranberries, and fine salt.

4. Drop heaping tablespoons onto the tray; sprinkle flaky salt.

5. Chill 15–20 minutes until set. Store chilled or frozen.

Notes

Nut-free as written. Swap cranberries for chopped apricots.

Use certified-GF puffed grains. For extra crunch, add cacao nibs.
