Ingredients
12 boiled eggs
6 slices of bacon
1 avocado
4 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cut eggs in half, remove yolks.
2. Mash yolks with avocado, cream cheese, lemon juice.
3. Add salt, pepper, and chopped chives.
4. Pipe mixture back into egg whites.
5. Fry bacon, crumble and sprinkle on top.
6. Chill before serving.
Notes
Store in fridge up to 3 days.
Optional: Add smoked paprika or jalapeño slices for extra kick.
