2 cups canned coconut cream 1/2 cup allulose 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract 1 pinch sea salt 1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Blend coconut cream, allulose, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into 8 popsicle molds, leaving 1/4″ headspace. Freeze 4 hours, insert sticks at 45 minutes. Unmold and enjoy immediately or store wrapped in parchment.
