Ingredients
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder
1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
1 teaspoon raw organic honey
1/4 teaspoon green coffee extract
1 cup warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Measure psyllium husk into a glass.
2. Add Himalayan salt and stir.
3. Mix honey into warm water separately.
4. Pour honey water into glass while stirring.
5. Add green coffee extract and mix thoroughly.
6. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.
