Crispy, cheesy Parmesan Onion Ring Chips made with just onions and Parmesan cheese. A perfect low-carb, gluten-free snack that’s full of flavor and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

1 large yellow onion, sliced into ¼-inch rings

1½ cups shredded Parmesan cheese

½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

¼ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)

Parchment paper or silicone mat for baking

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Slice onion into rings and pat dry with paper towels.

Place small piles of Parmesan on the tray and press an onion ring into each.

Season with garlic powder or herbs if desired.

Bake for 10–13 minutes until golden and crisp.

Cool on tray for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Avoid powdered Parmesan—it doesn’t melt or crisp properly.

These chips can also be made in an air fryer at 375°F for 6–8 minutes.

Let them cool fully for max crunch.
