Ingredients

1 to 2 cups filtered water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Add Himalayan pink salt to a clean glass.
2. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
3. Pour in filtered water (room temperature or slightly warm).
4. Add honey or apple cider vinegar if desired.
5. Stir well until salt dissolves.
6. Enjoy immediately.
