Ingredients
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
8–12 oz warm filtered water
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
1/2 tsp raw honey (optional)
A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
2. Add pink Himalayan salt and stir until dissolved.
3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
4. (Optional) Add apple cider vinegar, honey, and cayenne if desired.
5. Stir well and drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
