Ingredients
1 cup walnuts (soaked 4 hours)
1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 avocado, diced
Romaine lettuce leaves
1 lime (for juice)
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
Instructions
1. Pulse walnuts, tamari, and chili powder in a food processor until crumbly.
2. Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves.
3. Top with avocado, tomatoes, and cilantro.
4. Squeeze lime juice before serving.
Notes
For extra crunch, add diced bell pepper.
Store walnut meat in fridge up to 3 days.
