Ingredients
1 cup strong cold brew coffee or chilled brewed coffee
1/2 cup unsweetened almond, oat, or coconut milk
1–2 teaspoons maple syrup or preferred vegan sweetener
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (coffee ice cubes optional)
Vegan whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
1. Add ice cubes to a large glass.
2. Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
3. Add the plant-based milk and maple syrup.
4. Stir gently or shake in a cocktail shaker for froth.
5. Top with vegan whipped cream if desired.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
Use frozen coffee cubes to avoid dilution.
Customize with cocoa powder for a mocha version.
Store unused cold brew in the fridge for up to 3 days.
