Ingredients
1 lb wagyu ground beef
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high and add wagyu ground beef.
2. Break up the meat and cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in garlic, ginger, and scallions.
4. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar.
5. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve over rice, in tacos, or lettuce wraps.
Notes
Avoid overcooking wagyu to preserve its tenderness.
Use a cast iron skillet for best caramelization.
Great served with rice, tortillas, or over salad.
