Ingredients

2 ripe white peaches, sliced

1 orange, sliced

1/2 lemon, sliced

Fresh mint sprigs

Edible flowers (nasturtium, pansy, rose petals)

1 bottle chilled white wine (or white grape juice for mocktail)

1/2 cup elderflower liqueur (optional)

Sparkling water or soda for topping

Pink salt for glass rims (optional)

Instructions

1. Add all sliced fruit, mint, and edible flowers into a large pitcher.

2. Pour in white wine and elderflower liqueur (or juice for mocktail).

3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Top with sparkling water or soda before serving.

5. Rim glasses with pink salt if desired.

6. Serve over ice, garnish with additional mint and flowers.

Notes

Mocktail version is entirely non-alcoholic.

Use only food-grade edible flowers.
