Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tbsp adobo sauce (from can)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried dill
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
Blend until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust salt or lime to preference.
Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
Serve as dip, spread, or dressing.
Notes
For milder flavor, use just one chipotle pepper.
Store in fridge up to 5 days in airtight container.
Great with air fryer veggies or keto chicken wraps.
